5 Tips to Spark Multigenerational Workforce Communication

5 Tips to Engage the Multigenerational Workforce

Its the 1st blog posted this year(2025) and it will be about how to communicate amongst all 4 workforce generations. When it comes to building wealth being a communicator is the highest form of building wealth behind a inventor/imaginator.  We have workers who are in the teens to 70's who work together.  In Wal Mart you see all 4 workforce generations everyday.  Wal mart is the biggest  private employer in the United States. How to communicate better : 1. Have a multi channel communication.  I would want All communication channels to be adaptable for all generations. 2. Use video presentations and pdf's. Video Presentations would be 1 to 5 minutes. 3. I like creating small work groups that include all 4 workforces because i want all generations to be involved. 4.  I always promote digital literature inside the work groups. I find that Gen Z will lead the charge and be the digital navigators  in terms of educating Millennials, Gen Y, and baby boomers on how to use new tech in the workplace. 5. I use  the Data insights from the feedback receive from the multi generational workforce group to improve their lives in the workplace.  Thanks for your time. Power-UP!
