How to be become better at time management?
AS a consultant i have numerous times from business owners that they are not good in the time management department. My response it is a choice, it come down to self discipline. I'm talking about when a business owner has time to complete a task on time or before deadline. Instead, the business owner does not use the time to complete the tasking. When I provide time management consulting, i focus on the business owner discipline. Its a mindset to deliver product or service to client. What has work which may not work for you is being truthful with who you. Look at yourself internally and write down the pros and cons of how managing your time management asset. Yes i do view time as a n asset. How you managed your time asset falls on you as the business owner. How to become better at time management falls under business owner. Thanks for your time.
