Is it okay to work on Thanksgiving?
I would like to say Yes it is okay to work on Thanksgiving. I enjoy when I see signs that says Yes we are open for Thanksgiving. My thought is Less competition for some business. Todays blog will be about working on Thanksgiving today 11/28/24. I chose to work this morning because I have time before I head to an 2pm event. Not all of Help My Business Revenue Consulting Group is working today. Would not be surprise if its just me. I seen 4 other people working today from an a another company. Great because I am not alone.
I recall working for a client who had a event schedule the day after thanksgiving . Part of my job was to craft and operate Thanksgiving communications with their client on Thanksgiving. I recall one the clients customers questioned why was they receiving communications on Thanksgiving. My response was simple you registered for an event tomorrow and my client is keeping you inform of tomorrow schedule time of events. The customer responded back thank for explaining your position look forward to attending tomorrows event. Happy Thanksgiving. Holidays can be a good way to communicate with your customers.
