The Moment a Tech CEO left his wallet at home
Today's blog is about a time when a Tech CEO/ left his wallet at home.
Imagine waking up and feeling good about your meeting with a client. Its the first meeting of what could lead to a fruitful contract. The meeting went well and it lasted for over two hours. The client and himself agreed to continue to have future conversation. The CEO called for the check and signaled he will pay for the bill. The bill presented to him and he reached in his back pocket for a wallet. That's when he noticed it was not in his pocket. Nor did he have his mobile card on his phone. If he had the card wallet on his phone, he would been save by Tech. You are in complete shock and feeling embarrass because you did not have your wallet. The client says do not worry I got this one. Yo got the next payment. What ended up happen the Tech CEO did not a good enough job communicating with the client to where it did not matter if he had left his wallet. The two continued to talk for about another 20 minutes.
Do not sweat a mistake when your with your client. I have made and will continue to make mistakes. It happens I just keep the communication going forward. Thanks for your time! Power-UP!
