What is the foundation of a small business?
Based my experience as a consultant for Help My Business Revenue Consulting Group one the foundations of small business foundation is people aka stakeholders. Todays Blog is short. We are looking at how a business can be successful without stakeholders? How can a business operate successfully without 1 stakeholder? If your thinking AI, can I ask you this question? Can AI development software on its on? Meaning have a idea turn itself on, start coding in python , generate its own data to train on etc.. to create a product to upload in the apple and google app store? No it can not. Will AI get there we see. As of right now today the answer would be no. This is one example of how people are the most important part of foundation of a business. When a business has a people problem ie employees not opening a donut shop on time. The people problem can negatively impact a business revenue.
