Your Business is not the best do plan for it to be the best. If not why not? Find out why not. When Business Owners tell me they are not focus on being the best. I ask then what are you focus on? I asked this question looking for a specific response. The response I am looking for should be centered around the customer. Example, I am focus on having a customer first product or service. If your customer thinks your business is the best to for their needs then that is all that matters. Imagine a brand new automatic car wash that spent $ 5 million in build out only to be considered average at best. Why do customers consider the $5 million car wash average at best? It is because they do not do a better job than the hand car wash across the street.
