Have a federal employee identification number.

Must have completed member onboarding class.

Course Description

This is a 32 Hours Consulting Course.  8 Hours face to face and 24 hours online.

Design is a 2 hr. Course apart of the Single Membership. 

Go To Market is a 2 hr. Course apart of the Single Membership. 

Technology is 2 hr. Course apart of the Single Membership.

Time Management is 2 hr. course apart of Single Membership.

24 hours(2 Hours a Month) of consulting dedicated to evaluate strategy implementation process

Design  cover the thought and implementation of introducing a product or service to the marketplace.  Steps 1-4

Go To Market Course covers marketing of product or service. 

HMBRCG will conceptualize steps 5-8 of revenue strategy for member(s). 

Technology will cover several technologies  that can be implemented to help increase business revenues.

HMBRCG will conceptualize steps 9-12 for member(s)

Time Management consulting course is centered around there is  24 hours day you can sell your product or service.  HMBRCG will conceptualize steps 13-16 stages for members.


Course Outcomes

Members will be provided assistance on creating  the 1st part of  revenue strategy which will be a design of a product or service.

Members will also have design the  UI and  UX of their product or service. 

Members will complete stages 1-4 of the Help My Business Revenue Strategy Plan.

HMBRCG Member(s) will have the steps to implement their product or service into the marketplace.  This include discussing and completing  17 step Go 2 Market Plan.

Members will complete stages 5-8 of the Help My Business Revenue Strategy Plan.

Members gain knowledge on how technology can be a value added asset on the financial and operational side of their business. 

Members will complete stages 9-12 of the Help My Business Revenue Strategy Plan.

HMBRCG will a do a deep dive that shows client that potential revenue if they offered products or services to marketplace 24 hours a day. 

Members will complete stages 13-16 of the Help My Business Revenue Strategy Plan.
